Ella is the Vertical Labs AI intake agent. It asks about the system a company wants built, summarizes the likely direction, and hands a structured brief to the Vertical Labs team.

Does talking to Ella cost anything?

No. Ella is a free scoping conversation. It is a short teaser intake, not a full engagement, and a person reviews every brief it produces.

What happens to the conversation afterwards?

Messages are sent to Ella's AI service to generate replies, while a local copy of the transcript is stored in the browser. The transcript is included with a project brief only when a visitor chooses to send it to Vertical Labs. Ella does not ask for sensitive personal information.
