Remove AI labels from media

Strip C2PA Content Credentials, XMP AI tags, generator prompts, and other provenance metadata from images and video.

Removes metadata-based AI labels (C2PA, XMP, and similar) by re-encoding without metadata. Pixel scrub mode is best-effort against SynthID-style watermarks and is not guaranteed. For critical cases use specialized GPU tools.
